International Shipping & Customs Information
We ship internationally under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms, which means:

• We handle all costs and risks up to delivery in your country.
• You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees once your package arrives. These charges are billed directly to you by your local authorities.

To help avoid surprises:

• We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to estimate the landed price.
• All packages include an official invoice in Japanese yen, as required by international shipping regulations.

Shipment Details

• All items are dispatched from Osaka, Japan via International Registered Mail.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by local customs or postal delays.

International shipping is FREE for orders over US$28 regardless of region. Please note that shipping costs for orders under $28 vary by region.

Delivery within Japan

■How are orders shipped?

Items are mainly shipped from Japan by registered international mail, but some items are sent by Express Mail Service (EMS). Please feel free to contact us for more information as there are some areas where we are unable to deliver.

 ■How long does it take to ship my order?

We aim to ship your online order within 3 business days. Custom printed items take one week to produce. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Please note that in some cases, we may determine that your order is fraudulent or shipping may be delayed due to inventory issues.

■How do I track my online order?

Once you complete the online checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number from this Japan Post page.
