How To Taking Care Of Your Teddy Bear

Do your teddy bears and stuffed animals get dusty or a little dirty over time? We know the feeling—our bears love to hang out in cozy corners, but their fluffy fur can easily hide dust!
Since our bears are not designed to be fully washable, here are some gentle cleaning tips to help keep them fresh and adorable:
Basic Cleaning
For everyday care, simply use a damp cloth with diluted neutral detergent to gently wipe the surface. You can also brush off dust with a soft brush. Avoid soaking bears that have cardboard soles, wires, joints, or magnets, as water can cause rust or damage.
If a deeper clean is absolutely necessary, please proceed with caution.
Remove surface dust first with a brush or lint roller.
Gently hand wash the bear in warm water using a mild detergent (such as one for delicate or fashionable clothing).
Avoid scrubbing too hard—especially on stained areas. Instead, gently press and rinse to remove soap.
Air dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, hair dryers, or dryers, as these can make the fur rough or cause shrinkage. Be sure it dries thoroughly to avoid mold or odor.
